This house was spectacular. It had everything that you would want on a vacation. The views of the ocean from the decks were great. It was like being ocean front. Everything in the house was top shelf. They have thought of everything for this house. If it doesn't have it you do not need it. The only thing nicer than the house were the owners. They were great to rent from. If you are going to rent a house on Ocean Isle, this is the one that you want. It will not disappoint.

Property Overview: We have another identical house (pictured above in blue) next door. If calendar shows open, one or the other is available.

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this gorgeous, brightly decorated single-family home with private swimming pool, gas fireplace and elevator.  A practically beachfront, corner lot with exquisite ocean views including that of the intercostal waterway. Beach access is just steps away across a quiet road.

Front door opens to large great room with new sofas and chairs for gathering.  Big tv/dvd player and plenty of books, games and videos for your relaxation. Large dining table. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and large island with barstool seating for six. Fully stocked for cooking.  Mini bar has sink and an extra small refrigerator.  Additional dining at table on screened porch.

The home features five cheerfully decorated bedrooms, each with its own full bath and tv and each opening to a deck. Two master suites with king beds and stunning ocean views.  Two bedrooms with 2 full-size beds in each, and a kids room with 2 sets of bunks. The home will sleep 18 comfortably.

Separate study has pullout sleeper sofa, attached full bath, and television.  Opens to deck.

Hi speed wireless internet and XM radio, plus whole house stereo for your entertainment.

Outside, enjoy unobstructed ocean views while sitting in the front deck rockers or on upper master bedroom decks.  Back of house opens to decks with views of intercostal waterway.  When not enjoying the ocean, there’s a swimming pool with lounge chairs and another table.  Two outside showers add to the convenience.

Great east end location with beautiful newly re-nourished beach makes for a relaxing day in the sand.  No crowds or long walks to the ocean.  25 steps from the front door and you can be set up for the day.  Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. 

Home is non-smoking.  We also have an identical house next door, 441 East Second Street, which accepts pets in the non-summer months.
